Honestly, I'm not sure whether or not to call Poe's Law or not.

Also, while Wikipedia'ing Poe's Law to try and find a suitable link, I discovered that there is in fact another (and probably older) definition -

'That there is a maximum desirable length for poems: "the unit of poetry must be fixed by the reader's capacity of attention, and ... the limits of a poem must accord with the limits of a single movement of intellectual apprehension and emotional exaltation"'

You learn something new every day.

...and they did! My two signed xkcd prints arrived, and they look wonderful on the wall.

The first is of Duty Calls, and proudly hangs in the living room, behind the TV (the delivery sheet said it fit in a 8'x10' frame, which wasn't exactly correct, hence why it doesn't quite fit). The second is of the Electromagnetic Spectrum, and greets visitors as they enter the door.

Hooray for geekiness!
